  • Expertise spans physical medicine, rehabilitation, clinical psychology, neuro-biofeedback, and physical therapy.
  • Proficient in utilizing advanced technologies such as spinal cord stimulators and neuraxial drug delivery systems to minimize opioid reliance.
  • Education includes a medical degree from Volgograd State Medical University, residency at Howard University Hospital, and critical care fellowship at Yale University School of Medicine.

  • Holds a Master of Science in Health Sciences from George Washington University, focusing on Clinical Operation and Healthcare Management.
  • Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from University of North Carolina with a focus on Pre-Medicine.
  • Lab director for several years in high complexity toxicology lab 
  • Demonstrated proficiency in overseeing business and financial strategies, human resources, quality control, and compliance within healthcare institutions.
  • Skilled in implementing and evaluating medical programs and services, including Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy and Integrative Medicine, to enhance patient care and practice profitability.

Dr. Sydney Niibi Abrahams

  • Highly skilled Radiology Specialist with extensive experience interpreting radiographic, CT, and MRI images, performing fluoroscopic and ultrasonographic examinations, and conducting emergency interventional procedures.
  • Demonstrated leadership and administrative abilities as a Physician Specialist during a United Nations Peacekeeping Operation, overseeing unit operations, managing the Ebola Infection Response team, and providing outpatient and inpatient care.
  • Proven track record in setting up and managing medical facilities, exemplified by establishing and managing the Radiology unit at Iran Clinic Red Crescent Society, organizing health personnel, and providing daily patient management.
  • Seasoned medical professional with expertise in emergency medical service delivery, evidenced by roles such as Officer-in-Charge at 37 Military Hospital Main Polyclinic/Medical Emergency, where responsibilities included triaging patients, managing staff, and delivering outpatient medical care.
  • Dedicated educator with experience lecturing in Anatomy, Psychology, and other medical subjects, contributing to the academic development of students at institutions such as Central University College and Nurse Anesthetists School, Military Hospital.

Dr Justice Afrifa 

  • PhD in Clinical Laboratory Diagnostics from Harbin Medical University, specializing in Clinical Biochemistry and Laboratory Diagnostics.
  • Extensive research experience in various healthcare areas, including autoimmune diseases, HIV patient cytokine expression, and mercury exposure among artisanal small-scale miners.
  • Senior Lecturer at the University of Cape Coast, with expertise in data analysis and management.
  • Significant administrative and leadership roles, including coordinating research activities and serving as Sandwich Coordinator at the Department of Medical Laboratory Science.
  • Active involvement in public engagements, facilitating CPD training workshops and serving as a regional trainer for the 2021 Population and Housing Census in Ghana.

Barkan Baybogan, PhD

  • Experienced executive in venture capital, private equity, and corporate finance with a proven track record of success.
  • Holds a PhD in Economics from Bilgi University and an MBA in Finance from Johnson & Wales University.
  • Currently serving as an Executive and Board Member at Rem Venture Capital Investment Trust, overseeing venture capital and private equity investments.
  • Demonstrated leadership in establishing and developing investment firms, such as Verusaturk Venture Capital Investment Trust and Pan Technology.
  • Recognized for achieving milestones in Turkish IPO history and ranked as a leading investment company in EMEA 500.

Scott Bullington

  • President of Perfect Balance, LLC (DBA Integrated Medical Services) since 1995, specializing in practice development and revenue cycle management in the healthcare sector.
  • Experienced in launching new medical practices, redesigning existing ones, and providing business mentoring and analysis services.
  • Director of TIOPA Community at TIOPA IPA, focusing on physician engagement and support for independent and small group physicians since 2019.
  • Vice President at International Marine Sportsman from 1995 to 1997, overseeing marketing, finance, and international seminar coordination.
